Family Talk It Over Questions
1. What does God say He will give His people? (Every place where they set their feet.)
2. Who will be able to stop Joshua? (No one.)
3. What does God promise? (That He will be with Joshua and His people, never leave them, and lead them to the land
He has promised to their ancestors.)
4. What else does God tell Joshua? (To be strong and courageous.)
5. How long do the people wander in the desert? (Forty years.)
6. Why doesn’t God give them the Promised Land right away? (Because they disobeyed Him.)
7. What is the Promised Land like? (“A land flowing with milk and honey,” or a land full of beauty and everything the
Israelites will need.)
8. So why is the Promised Land special? (Because God promised the land to His people for many years.)
9. Why can we trust God’s promises? (Because God has always kept His promises!)
